You can trace your delivery from [My Page] - [Order /
Delivery Tracking] in the top right corner of the shopping mall.
If you are a
non-member customer, click [Order / Delivery] in the top right corner and
enter
your Order Number and email address you have entered at the point of the order
to trace your delivery.
If it is still difficult to trace your delivery, post
your inquiry on one-on-one inquiry board of Customer Center or call Customer
Center (82-2-2607-1517)
so we can trace your delivery in a prompt manner.
Please
note that you can trace invoice number in the next morning after the product is
released.
