damaged packaging

After 7 days from the date of delivery (cosmetics)

If the outer packaging of a product is damaged or gone missing

If a medical certificate written by a dermatologist has not been submitted since
a request for exchange or refund is made by reason of a side effect

If a request for exchange or refund is made by reason of a side effect 20 days
after the date of delivery
8. If 5,000 won of round delivery charge is not enclosed
