1. If the value of a product is drastically depreciated due to opened case or damaged packaging

2. After 7 days from the date of delivery (cosmetics)

3. If a product has not arrived within 5 days since a request for exchange or refund is made

4. If a product is damaged by customer's negligence

5. If the outer packaging of a product is damaged or gone missing

6. If a medical certificate written by a dermatologist has not been submitted since a request for exchange or refund is made by reason of a side effect

7. If a request for exchange or refund is made by reason of a side effect 20 days after the date of delivery

8. If 5,000 won of round delivery charge is not enclosed
