In case of any defects in products, contact Customer Center (82-2-2607-1517)

so we can directly tell you about our exchange and refund policies and procedures.

Return delivery charge for a defective product is to be borne by LADY&SKIN.

(However, exchange or refund can be made only if you contact us within 7 days after the arrival of your product)

(in case of a defective product, wrong delivery, or a problem in products or delivery, you can request for exchange or refund within 3 months

from the arrival of your product or within 30 days from the date you have found out or could find out about such defect)
