If
your order state is in 'Order Approved' or 'Payment Complete', you can cancel
your order by signing in and going to
My Page < Order History > Cancel
Order / Exchange / Refund > Order Number.
If payment has not been made for on week while your order state is in 'Order Approved', your order can be canceled automatically.
If your order state is in 'Payment Complete', you can cancel your order by clicking Cencel Order on Order Processing and cancellation
is completed when the state changes to 'Cancellation Complete'.
'In Preparation for Delivery' indicates that the products are already packed and released so you cannot cancel order at this point.
If you still want to cancel your order, you have to return it at your own cost after your order is arrived.
Even though it is rejected to be received, you still have to pay for delivery and, if you send it by C.O.D.,
the deliver charge will be excluded at the point of exchange or refund.
